Is the fender fibreglass ? By around 82 Drag Specuaties had them,  and a few others.
 They are a copy of a narrowed FLH fender...., far as I know..
 We used them on custom bikes.

A true long holiday cruiser!
It should look good in a lighter color.
Creamy white/ beige with sparkles. That should match the seat as well. All in same color.
Maybe Honda stock graphics making it look like a real Honda cruiser, "Galactica" ;)
