Only the F model was available in Blue [2 shades of it].

I'm sure some K models were painted Blue by owners though.

ok doppler on the street, here we go:
if the F bike in your rearview mirror appears blue then it is moving towards you. if the F bike in your mirror appear red (or orange, in our case) then it is moving away from you - or actually, moving at a speed lower than yours if you're moving on a bike as well.
so the blue F is faster than the red F and will catch up with you!

actually, according to quantum physics and superposition......the colors don't exist until you see 'em......could be orange or blue....

If you have the "blues", does riding a blue 550F get you over it faster than riding an orange bike?

I think so!

Some say the 69' 750 bikes were faster if they were red. I say if they were candy blue green the rider got more attention from the opposite sex, which back then, was the whole point!

Yeah, very right so! I suppose best is to keep your bike covered at all times. It will be safe just like Schrödinger's cat.

cats apparently don't see red colour so you'd only need to cover your bike if it's blue.
