Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).
Remember "Its always in the last place you look" COURSE IT IS YOU STOP LOOKIN THEN!

Looks like early goldwing or late sohc4, show where it bolts on. Oops lens is wrong for Honda.

Here are some good pics of a DOHC 900C rear fender. DOHC 750C may use the same part. Looks like the same critter.
