That picture reminds me: I actually took apart my old SuperHawk with that toolkit: the "tee" extension for the #3 JIS crosspoint screwdriver bit actually broke loose the side covers on the engine! It rounded out in that use, though, wasn't very hard?

The K1 has new tires, headlamp, side covers, badges, and tank (“brand new used”). It joins the other finished project! Next up: Rickman CR750!

Honda Parts manager in the mid 1970s Nashua Honda

Been trading emails with Steven Vanzetto in Ausltralia. He’s the fellow that came up with the correct “recessed ignition switch” that I was missing for this project. He was curious about some engine case casting numbers on this early motor. Turns out it they were made on April 18th, 1969. Twelve days before my 16th Birthday! Cool.
