Frame vs Engine Number CB750K1

My CB750K1 has a frame number of 1050435 and an engine number of 1107769. Build date is 8/70
Am I correct in thinking that this has a replacement K1 engine? Also, what is the widest deviation you are likely to see between engine and frame number? Before and after the frame vin/build date.
