Replace fuel lines without removing carbs?

1976 Honda 550F. Can i replace the fuel lines without removing the carbs?

Is not difficult with carbs in situ. Most importance is to use some vaseline or silicone spray. Without it will be quite a struggle. You don't have to fit the clamps at the T-joints. There's no way the tubes can come of. If you do, make sure you orient them thus that their little 'ears'  cannot hinder access to the airscrews and the like.
