CB750A Output Shaft Oil Seal
« on: February 10, 2024, 12:05:36 PM »
Hey guys,
Ordered an 77-78 Output Shaft Oil Seal from CycleX, hoping it would be the same as the A, but after comparing it to my old one, it is thinner and slightly smaller OD on the seal. I think I can get it to sit on the shaft, but not sure if it being thinner won't allow it to seal correctly. Where else would I source one?

You need the seal behind the front sprocket?

It is a non-standard size seal - 34x62x13. Non OEM seal that should work, 34x62x12 available:

Partzilla shows two, one available one not.

Looking for #28, looks like 29 is the part I got (assuming the 7 is the thickness) Must be for the normal CB750's. I'll go ahead and order it off the website kmb69 provided.

It's a rather sucky arrangement, but both are used together in the A's.
