I recently received genuine Honda parts from the Honda dealer that were similarly labeled.
Honda is having parts made for them in Thailand.
So yes, it's a legit "genuine" Honda part.

There's a lot of Japanese bike parts being made in Thailand. CrusinImage is there, too.

Many many years ago i was told by a parts supplier that the manufacturers in taiwan at the time would putanything on the part or box that was asked for, we had 50cc yamaha 2 stoke cylinders indistinguiable from oe in boxes identical to oe at less than 50% of price RETAIL

Different part number I know but this is the labeling on the ones I sell that I get from Japan.
But, Honda genuine parts are also made in Taiwan and the Philippines and elsewhere.

I can't say if they had honda's permission for that label, but I have some of those grips and they are not made of the same quality stuff that the genuine made in Japan ones are - the rubber is more soft and pliable and ends up a little sticky over time.

Part for my CL350 I got from the dealer a few months ago.
Regardless of the source we're fortunate that Honda still makes these parts available.
