CB350F: help ID’ing carb part

Started tearing down my 1973 CB350F carbs today and already broke a part: a thin metal dogbone spanning between adjustment screws btw #4 and #3. I looked at the diagram included in the manuals section on here and can see the part, but am unsure of its part #. Can anyone confirm that its #13?  I assume that part # is for a whole assembly. Anyone know of a way to buy the little dogbone (what is its name?) separately?  The other one is pretty janked up too—-I really need both. Thanks for all the help thus far / I’d be screwed without this forum!

You mean these, they are carb sync links. I'll have a look to see if I have any left when I get home on Tuesday. I had 250 pairs made but have sold most of them now, lots went to USA forum members.
Trust me I'm a Nurse, I promise it won't hurt....much

4 into 1 in the USA sells them normally as a set if Nurse doesn’t have them available. Support the flexible tower when removing the nuts from each side. The damper rubber strips on the inside area are not available, so be careful working in that area. They don’t need to be removed from the two ball sockets when breaking the bank down.

Since Julie told me what they were called I found a pair on eBay for $12.
Those damper rubber strips…wish I could be sure where they were!

I've made some of those dogbones before, using [roof] flashing and scissors/tinsnips, then some filing to make them prettier. Tedious, but they worked OK.
The rubber is harder: they are a molded part. I made something like them with flat rubber sheet, they tended to drag slightly but worked OK with some silicone grease added and some just plain working-them-in for 100+ moves. They are a dust cover to prevent the slow ingress of grit into the little pivots.
