Congratulations to Wilbur on making rounds and collecting some valuable points at the Man Cup race this weekend.  Hopefully he'll move up in position.  We've got one more race left this season with the finale held at SGMP in November.

Unfortunately, I didn't do so well myself and went out 1st round to a redlight start. I still enjoyed myself and look forward to November.

Hope to see you guys in November.

Congratulations Wilbur.

I've settled in with the clutch Jerry. I just couldn't get a good  handle on the tree this weekend.  Funny thing is Darlington Dragway is my home track. We test there from time to time so you'd think i should be comfortable. I believe the settings were set to random and alternated between passes.

Nevertheless,  sometimes its just not your day. FYI,  i git down to the final 3 bikes in pro ET friday night but went out 1st round in the main event🤪😜

Holeshot wins in round two AND round three! My favorite kind of win  8). Round four was down to just five bikes so that meant best RT would get a semi-final round bye run. In my effort to get a good RT I managed to red light round four by .03... dammit!

Had a great time, Frank and Gladys had enough food Saturday to feed almost half the people there, and Frank was trying! Everybody that walked by received explicit instructions from Frank to "Git you a plate"!

Two flat tires on the trailer, one on Friday afternoon before I even got out of Orlando and the other one just South Of Savanna Sunday evening. Only problem was I had not replaced the original flat so I had no spare! Mobile tire service providers are surprising few in far between (as in NONE) when it comes to servicing a puny 15" trailer tire in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday night. Camped on the shoulder of I-95 last night and had to drop the trailer (ack!) to go get a tire at a nearby Tractor Supply. Trailer was undisturbed and the remaining return trip was uneventful.

Lesson learned!

Bill Hahn was doing a lot of commentary on the live feed and if you check the feed from Saturday at about the 4hr 4min mark you'll find an interview with me and my 750. Frank got his turn on Sunday early afternoon.

Looking forward to the finals!

Gladys and I were cheering you on Wilbur. You did well.

I'm glad you enjoyed the meal. We didn't exactly expect the turnout initially.  It was suppose to be family and close friends like yourself.  Once the whispered word got out among a few of the racers, people started to show up that we didn't even associate with regularly.  Thats when i realized how blessed we truly were and began to invite any and everyone in to fellowship with us. It seemed like the food we had multiplied on its own and no one that entered our pits came upvshort for a bite to eat. We packed away very little to take home. After the fact,  I was thankful  for the opportunity to bring people together who normally don't associate except in full race mode. There isn't enough common ground in the country anymore with folks dividing up into camps. For a moment,  we all forgot hatred, bigotry,  political bias, class,  and race seperation. We were simply humans existing in harmony on this earth for a short while. If one person walked away with a changed attitude,  it was all worth the effort.🙏🙏🙏🙏🫶

Wilbur having gone enough rounds to end up in the final 5 should move him up in the points standings.  Hopefully he'll see a top 5 finish at the end of this season.

This is awesome to see. Congratulations Wilbur and good on you Frank and your wife.

Some of my fondest memories are out in the pits between runs. The fellowship between gear heads and their families was hard to beat. Guys always took me under their wing and gave me what pointers they could seeing as I was racing my bike and they were all car guys. It is definitely something special to experience.

Stay blessed ya'll. I will be following.

Darlington finish moved me up from 6th to 5th. Not sure I can reach the top spot with just one more race, hopefully 3rd? Currently replacing rear axle bearings in the tow vehicle so hopefully no surprises to keep me from making Valdosta.  8)
