The only thing that concerns me is the date of that article...   April 1st.     :-\

Remember Key west did something like that in the mid 80s, succeeded from the union for 2 or three hours the surrendered to the federal gov. for more fund, or something like that. And no this is not a April first joke. Brent

Being a recent transplant to Vermont
(I have only been here 21 years)
I believe this is a good exercise
in "foriegner" bovine scatology,
but then reality will
rear it's ugly head and I'm sure it will go nowhere.
