The only thing that concerns me is the date of that article...   April 1st.     

Sure hope it's true.  May have to pull stakes and head North.

Remember Key west did something like that in the mid 80s, succeeded from the union for 2 or three hours the surrendered to the federal gov. for more fund, or something like that. And no this is not a April first joke. Brent

(I have only been here 21 years)
I believe this is a good exercise
in "foriegner" bovine scatology,
but then reality will
rear it's ugly head and I'm sure it will go nowhere.
