This set of early CB750 Service bulletins sent to Honda dealers in the USA popped up for sale and I thought it might be of interest to others

Nice collection of ephemera!

I like the one that says no, you can't have more CB750's, thanks for asking! ;D

You should scan those and make PDF's if have the ability.
Do you have a copy of the Honda Shop Manual or Parts List for your bike? Get one here:

;D  I wonder if Honda had a fixed allotment of CB750s per dealer when they were first delivered?

Agree about scans.
These old Hondas are time machines taking us back in time.
I like my old CB750 K6 I have owned since early 1979. A little more than 46 years ago....The beautiful girlfriends from that time must look very different today ;D

Lots of new adventures in the 80's I remember when riding 40 years later. The bike runs better than ever. More power and better handling.

This forum a great place to get ideas how to drain my wallet when improving my bike. ;D

Can you just imagine the elation those dealers felt when they go their bikes? It must have been like an alien spacecraft was sent to them. I remember when I got my 1970 K0, riding around North Florida and Georgia. People would like at the bike and wonder what planet it came from.

Can be similar today when parked outside a restaurant, cafe....
People come and talk about the bike. I do not get much time to tell them about my bike when their memories are flooding.
" I had one for many years ago" or "my dad or friend had one" or "I really wanted to have one".
Memories from the 70's remind people about happy moments they had forgotten a CB750 brings  back to life.

I have old memories with my bike too. Mostly the good things I remember. I know that life was not always shining bright and fun without bad days/weeks/months ;D

Correct. While it's very likely those bulletins are already known and available it would still be good to verify that there are no unique items in that collection.

Ah, the memories!
I'd be real interested to see if all of them I remember are in that collection. The ones about "you only get this many CB750s" were many and varied: Honda allocated them to dealers according to how many bikes you had sold in the previous years (plus graft here and there...). Some Honda reps said Honda was using "a formula" to figure out who got how many, but I distinctly remember a handful of $20s being 'transferred' to a certain Honda representative, after which a Candy Blue-Green one showed up there, to be bought by the owner's brother-in-law...stealing in my place in line in the process...
See SOHC4shop.com for info about the gadgets I make for these bikes.

Blood is thicker than water, but motor oil is thicker yet...so, don't mess with my SOHC4, or I might have to hurt you.

Yup those bulletins in Ash's dropbox came from a book i bought a lot of years ago and i know it does NOT contain anything about how many bikes you can have so i would love copies of anything i dont have to complete the book
EDIT
From memory i did supply a cd/dvd to Glen but i think Honda US objected whilst Honda UK didnt

I purchased the lot of CB750 Honda Bulletins and they were delivered to my package consolidation service in the USA yesterday.  I have been spending a lot of money for new and used replacement parts for my bike that are clearly 'needed'.  I certainly don't 'need' old Honda service bulletins but it will be nice to share them with other members of the SOHC forum and the Honda CB750 community.   It will be a long time until the bulletins are shipped to me here but once they arrive I will scan and publish in PDF format so everyone can see and enjoy
