You have the 2nd and 3rd choice duplicated and my BOM isn't listed.  (March was omitted) See Picture of the one you omitted.
The 8th and 9th a also duplicated.

It looks like Thunder has 4 votes and is the winner.
Not sure how I can fix this mess other than starting over with a new poll which wouldn't be fair to voters and votes already cast.
I clearly am not cut out for this duty.
