I know the Guy that bought the Billet Block And the Rieck  Stage 4 head..😜
Rods, RS34s , crank, and other parts were scooped up pretty fast…
Wishing kmb69 would let one of those billet cranks go…😍

Or run another with a 70mm stroke…🥰

You think billet block kits are expensive?
Everybody wants one until they see the price!

Highly doubtful anybody will want to pay the cubic dollars for the billet gear drive crank kits!

Custom tooling from Germany is finally arriving to machine the component parts though:
Complete new primary damper system - inner and outer
  Idler gear
Complete new gear drive system necessary to slow the oil pump down
     New clutch basket inner
     New Idler gear
     New oil pump gear

We're getting there - slowly but surely.

Indeed. I have an estimate from MarineCrankshaft.
I’m patiently watching your impressive progress.

Did the original Original Billet Block offerings have optional piston manufacturers.
The New in original packaging Billet Block I purchased came with Wiseco 71.25mm.
Some I read came with JE…

Thanks for posting your crankshafts incremental progresses..

I ordered a custom made 71.25mm piston set with sleeves from Dynoman. Pistons for 24cc chambers. JE pistons.
While waiting I got the idea about a billet block, contacted Mike and we made the deal.
I contacted Buzz at Dynoman to change shipping address to Mike. ;D

I sold the od 76mm sleeves to a friend.

Billet block is a nice visual upgrade too ;)

Pewe,
Are your 24cc chambers from a reworked 392 cylinder head ?

Pewe,
Are your 24cc chambers from a reworked 392 cylinder head ?

It was an opened K6 head adapted for old RC pistons back in the 80's.
My 392 head came later, also massaged for those 71.25mm pistons. Chamber size around 23.6cc which is better for those pistons.

Dynoman started to sell CR11:1 pistons after that, DP1000/71r MOD. Look like mine.
Today 71mm. Back then (2016/2017) 71.25mm.

Check this thread late 2016, early 2017 for my build photos. I made a mistake with one thin oil rail and learned from that. ;D

I am intrigued to know how much cooler these will run not having sleeves to hold the heat....They sure do look pretty in person.... ;)
It is very difficult to get the oil temp over 220F in the summer with 20-50 synthetic.......it works exactly liked I intended it to. No more available.....2nd generation was the best.

I just saw a sean andrews in billings mt. has a set for sale, anyone know him? An ad was there then it wasn't.

Edit: It appears to have been a scam. I was checking his F/B page a couple guys PM'ed him and he couldn't produce proof he had it. Facebook CB750.com.
Today they posted the same guy was bumped off of 3 other pages.

I'm a mod. on vintage japanese motorcycle and parts trading and selling. I checked for him there and nothing found under that name.
We went private after I was messaged by a member informing me that I had been made a moderator and the owners had abandoned it. I made him one also and we kicked spammers out for weeks before it got under control.
