350f measurement question?

I'm looking for the distance from the front lower motor mount hole to the ground ???. I'm working on a bobber project and need that measurement to make sure the frame is at the proper ride height in the front. I know I should have gotten it before disassembly but didn't think about it till now.

Exactly 12 inches.  I measured 2 different 350F's and they were the same.
