want to post a vid on a forum but its too big how do i make it smaller or get it on  / compress ?

You could put it up on youtube and put the link to it in your post.

I use a program called Flash by Adobe which compresses the video
and puts it into a .SWF file which I can put in my post with no linking to YouTub.

Example:

Spudley, welcome to the forum.  Does your computer not do capitals

Also, what is the bike, just in frame in your avatar ? (RC30 perhaps)
