under the "additional options" tab on a post-edit screen, theres a section for attachments.  click brows, insert your pic in the proper format, and click post.  that's all there is to it

Looks good from here.  That is the same way I started the suspension on my recent build.  However I found that the suspension travel was too much, probably nothing stiffer shocks couldn't help remedy.  Anywho, lookin good

Sorry it took me a few days to get back to this, It been real busy around here.

Thanks for the tip on posting pic's !

The shocks are form a guy buy the name of lionel, you can reach him at:   caskenfolie@yahoo.fr  They were about $200.oo

I've done one other suspicion job like this on a KZ 1300 http://springvinmoto.com/gallery/album186 and it did require modern progressive gas charged shocks.

Hey Goddfrey. You'd have in awe yesterday at Sears in Danville, Va. I pulled in to Sears at the same time as an elderly man who amazingly still rides. As he passes me to park, I notice the Honda tank emblem beaming in the gorgeous Sunday sunlight. Like a true fan of vintage bikes I walked over and complemented him on his scoot, and asked what make and model it was. It was a 1978 CB550. It looked like he just rolled it off the showroom floor, with the exception of about a dime size of minor pitting on the rear fender. I mean it was a beaut. It was a gift from his son's partner, who was a State Trooper, ad knew he'd had one in the 70's, so after a year and a half of restoration work, just gave the bike to him as a gift. Very kind, huh? Didn't ask for a penny, just enjoyed building it for the old man. Helps a young guy like me to keep hope there's still some good old fashioned kind hearted people out there.  -  Javier

I want to leave that area open where the electronics used to be like yours, what did you eliminate on the wiring harness or what are you using?

For my 16th birthday, my dad gave me his "old" bike. a 1970 750 Norton Commando !
I told him If I lived to be a hundred, and never received another gift from him, it will still be worth it.  So he never did .      TRUE STORY !

As for the electrical, I will be elimating all the bothersome stuff like Turn signals & horn along with there wires, switches and relays then I'll be updating other stuff with solid state as well as using smaller a dry cell battery then tucking it neatly under the bump seat.

   Oh . . . !
No, I'm thinking of modifying a Carbin fiber Ducati fender or just making one out of something else.
