Benelli tank capacity??
« on: May 05, 2008, 10:30:01 AM »
I am looking at buying one of these NOS tanks.  Does anyone here know the US fuel capacity?  I've read they have 3 gallons and also I've read it has 1.8.  Was hoping someone here has one that can clue me in.

Hey I'll take what I can get. :D :D  I'm so hoping it's around 3 gal.  Thanks for the reply.  On the gas cap, Do you guys think it's pretty standard?  I saw a bunch of generic caps at Schucks the other day that look like they would fit.  Also any tips on where to get compatible petcocks?  The guy on Ebay that sells them (Joe) is a prick.  Thanks.

I looked at getting one of those, too. I asked the seller about fuel capacity. I can't remember exactly what he said, but it was very low. 1.8 sound about right. Too small for my 750.
