Its a rattlecan Dark Garnet metalflake  lacquer for Chevy trucks. I put on about 6 or so coats then put on 2-3 coats of the Spraymax two part rattlecan clearcoat from Eastwood. I'm really pleased with the spraymax clearcoat.

The Fairing upper is a Pacifico Pathfinder from the 70's, The lower started as a Suzuki GSZR 750 lower cowl that I added about 7 inches of glass to so that it would mate with the lower portion of the pathfinder fairing.

The seat is built on a stock 500K seatpan that I shortened and added the rear pod to by building up layers of glass mat and glass cloth over a foam plug. Cowhide, closed cell foam from camping mats and carpet padding were put together to make the saddle. I stitched it myself on a heavy duty sewing machine.

i really like the fairing. i've been looking for a fairing for my bike but nothin really stood out too much till i saw yours. guess its not available anywere???

There's someone on this site with a connection to Gustafson plastics who ID'd the fairing for me and sold me the windscreen now on the bike. Perhaps they would know about where to find another.
