Okay, I know that this subject has been hit on before. But, has anyone ever seen this Table Lift that was hand built from a set of plans from a company called: AFAB?

For what it's worth, I have seen motorcycle lifts like the one shown for as low as $70 from Princess Auto here in Canada. Similar to Harbor Freight I imagine. Cheap off-shore tools and equipment. Cost of plans + materials + time and aggrivation = buy the one for $70

Yeah, you're probably right. It was just a thought. Although, the cheapest Table Lift I've seen, except for the one I've got, was at Harbor Freight and I think the price is about  $299 or so, unless on sale. They have one that is a bit more and has provisions for Air operation. Biggest thing I've got against mine is the Wheel Vise is not adequate.
