White bike nears completion
« on: September 08, 2008, 10:43:33 AM »
Since I didn't own a camera when I began this project (ahem) 4 or 5 years ago, I can only show the outcome:

K3, 836. Working out the jetting/intake. Named White Bike to the confusion of many because it was pearl when I bought it almost ten years ago.

Thank you, gentlemen. Andy, the paint looks great, to be sure, but I'm reluctant to pass on the info because the sidecover I grabbed in haste from the parts stash has a small bit missing from the lower bit that should touch the airbox (hope that makes sense- corner chipped off basically- I'll post a photo after I get the stock box back on). I don't know if I brought it to him that way or it happened at the shop, but I didn't notice it till he had my $$$$$$$$$$$$ and I got it home. Guess I was too mesmerized by the tank. I feel like maybe that shoulda been pointed out... not very noticeable, 'cept to me.

I thought mine was the only white Honda?
Nice colour and whole bike is a credit to you.
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!
