My coils for my CB500 have NO CONTINUITY between the "gazoutta" wires, so I assume they're shot. They have been sitting for over 30 years, so it's possible.
Will I see any benefit by moving to 1979 CB750 Coils? I can read both wiring diagrams and am pretty sure it will be an easy process.
I will also run in straight to the battery with an automotive relay.
I have the original 500 points installed.
