ya played it well

thanks, but when it comes to this i'm like a girl in front of the mirror,i see alot of mistakes i made, and i'm working on a version that is closer to the original, but i don't like to play it note for note as the original is...
when i'm happy with that version i'll post it here aswell, the reason i'm posting this is that i'm planning to start playing in public, but i'm very shy,so this is practice for me..
there's this pub in red deer where they have open sessions every sunday evening,i'm wanting to play there for a long time already, but i don't wanne look like an idiot,so i'm practicing my ass off....

I've listened to this at least 3 times in a row and it's great.  Don't worry about some small mistakes.  Get up there on the stage and make it your own.  You've got skills, it's time to let others hear it.  You had me tempted to bust out my guitar and then I remembered how much I suck at it and kept my butt planted in front of the computer.  ::)

i can sum it up in three words

" DUDE, I'M IMPRESSED"

i had this thought of you playing and your fingers starting on fire (ala, guitar hero, video game)

no reason to be worried at all in my opinion, i've been to open sessions and heard much much worse ... keep in mind your at a bar, the audience is drunk

well thanks guy's,your too kind.... :D :D

i did make a second version and i'm uploading it right now,it's played on my fender stratocaster cause i found out there's something wrong with the intonation of the first guitar,so hopefully this will sound less "off tune" when i pull on a string....

should be done uploading soon, then i'll post it here.....

That was some good guitar playing Martino.  I thought I recognized the tune... and then when I read the lyrics quoted by MrBreeze... I remembered...  it was a little ditty my dear old granny used to sing me when I was a youngster.  Thanks man. That took me back.  Tasting maggots and drowning in sh!t, an inspirational tune indeed.  ;)
