I was going to ask that, too.  The bike looks very short and low compared to him, even though he lengthened the frame way out.

do you have to use special cables for that throttle, or will it use the OEM cables?

I bought one, received it and installed it without even removing the throttle cable from where it attaches to the carbs. So, yes, it works with stock cables. The next things to do is make my own kill switch and for the design I'm ideas I'm using this.

Using some scrap aluminum and a $5 switch found local I should be back in business in no time. ;D

awesome man, thanks I think I am going that route and making up my switches as needed.
Ignition will be a toggle switch, as will the kill switch, and starter will be a hidden switch somewhere, it seems to start well with the kicker even cold, so the starter switch will just be for emergency use.

I like the mount plate too!

So how did you wire this up with out turn signals and such? I'd love to see a diagram if you have one.. trying to lose some wires on my bike.. can't keep it started at the moment.. Ran for 101 miles then I plugged the head light in and it died 10 minutes after. Now it will never start even with the battery fully charged.

Here is what I used to wire it up.  It works great and started on the first kick.  If you are struggling with the stock wiring, just ditch it and start fresh.  If you lived near me, I could have you wired up in about 2 hours.  Once you get down to the bare bones of it, there are really only 25 wires that are needed.  Send me a PM if you run in to any problems, I would be happy to help you out.

I wanted to keep things simple, so I am using a marine grade ignition switch that I can key the starter with and 1 toggle switch for the hi/low beam.

I think it has some elements of both.  It has the stripped down aspects of a bobber, and the raked out, stretched stance of a short chop.  Personally, I like to call it a dragster.  Meh, who cares, I am going out to ride  ;D
