dang oil filter cover/housing and i chewed up the bolt abit.what am i going to do

I would like to know if there is a kit to change over to a spin-on filter and eliminate the cartridge.Anyone know?

recruted a friend to come over within  next couple days with his tools. cool.but hey who really wants to spend 95 fer the spin on anyhow
