One cylinder running cooler?

I have a newly acquired 1975 Honda CB550F SUPERSPORT. The #1 cylinder is running cooler at the pipe to the touch. When I turn the air mixture screw in or out on the #1 carb there is no change. When I turn the air screws on the other carbs in it starts to die down. What is the possible problem? Thanks! Jeff

Given that ONLY the slow (pilot,idle) jet is clogged, yes, it can be fixed with the carbs still on the bike.
