just re-reading the april '08 issue of performance bike. there's an interview with fast freddie about this demonstration. if i can scan it well enough i'll post.

regarding the part where the machines one by one take off, he says "the car took off, then sam took off and i started to put on my helmet and gloves. it wasn't edited- that's exactly the speed it happened."

he said they did it in one take.
