man, i dunno but this guys seems like he's doing alright; i checked out his website and he's an accomplished artist too. his wiki bio is interesting.

Plenty of actors get stuck in the same role over and over again - Jason Statham (a badass), Will Ferrell (oblivious man-boy with an overinflated opinion of himself), Jim Carrey (wacky guy), etc.

and one to buck the idea... Kiefer Sutherland... played the bully in lost boys and stand by me... seemed to make it for himself just fine after that.

but yea.... don't disagree that typecasting happens a lot... but if you look like a big bully, what are you gonna do.
