The top pic is the clutch cover gasket.   The round disks are for the "wet" head bolts.
The o-rings are for the rocker shafts.  The big oring might be for the cyl bases but you need 4.

Actually that big one looks like the oil pan gasket to me as it's not so much a gasket but a giant oring that seals it to the bottom of the engine.

yup +1 on the big o-ring.  The curved rubber piece goes on your starter motor cover. The rubber disks are pucks for under your valve cover.

Dude, go buy the Haines and the Clymer manual for this bike.  It will save you a lot of heart ache and pain.  They tell you just where these things go.

Also, as you start disassembly you'll run through these gaskets taking them off.  TAKE NOTES, or pictures, or label things.  It will make reassembly much much easier.

Big O-ring looks more like the valve cover seal to me.

or better, do some net hunting and find the '79 650 honda service manual.  The pics leave some room for guessing, but it's straight from the horse's mouth, per sé.

I do believe the .pdf is hosted on the forum here somewhere.
I morally justify peer sharing stuff like that online because it's a good 30 years old by now.
