For me, it is usually a choice between UPS and USPS. For the weight, I would bet that UPS will be cheaper. Very seldom use Fedex. I usually find they are a little more expensive than UPS. And besides, it was one of their drivers that T-Boned me and made me lose the whole summer and my bike is still not repaired.
....but I don't hold that against them.
