1974 cb550 side covers!!!!

does anyone know if the side covers to a 1976 cb550 will fit a 1974 cb550?? they look really similar and when i checked the OEM parts lists there was one code that matched between the 2, but each year had 3 different part codes, and only one matched...
help please thanks!!!

I could be wrong but I think the part code might correspond to color (?) so if one matched, then they are the same part.

So long as both bikes are K models, they will interchange.  Colors are different, of course.
