intake Manifold gaskets on a cb500?

what is between the head and intake manifolds on cb500's?  gasket? orings? i couldn't find any thing on z1.  I would like to replace them as they havent ever been done.

i think some kind of brass or copper donut gasket

"O" rings, same part as tappet cap ones

Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Remember "Its always in the last place you look" COURSE IT IS YOU STOP LOOKIN THEN!

oops my bad yeah somekind of rubber gasket... i was thinking the exaust side
