Steve, that bike looks great but those tyres really screw up the concept, put some good rubber on there mate and ride the wheels of it.... ;)

I agree about the tires. Those knobbies can be downright dangerous on the pavement with a little gravel.

Personally, I love the knobbies.  However, someone looking for an aggressive look without going full-knob might wanna have a look at Avon Distanzias:

FWIW, I'm not a shill for Race Tech - I've just got a thing for good suspension and the RTCE's are the most cost-effective mod for these old damping rod front ends.
