Our timing is impeccable. Time for me to restart too. I have to get the rings sized then the top end goes together. I'll be back in town/home next week. Your thread is my motivation  ;)

In the mean time give us your Body for Life info. Sounds interesting.

It's a nutrition and exercise program that Bill Phillips (CEO of EAS) wrote up in 1992 (?) and was a NY Times Best Seller for 4 months. http://www.overstock.com/Books-Movies-Music-Games/Body-for-Life-by-Bill-Phillips-Hardcover/222671/product.html

I lost 41 Lbs of scale weight, 6" off my belt, 4" off each thigh and gained almost 1.5" in both arms in 12 weeks. Started at 251.2 on July 5, and weighed in at 210.0 the morning of September 27.

Oh and the 29 yr old hotty I met during week 11, that is still asleep in my bed and is going to bake pies for today's Thanksgiving dinner.... Yeah, she's okay too   ;D

Happy Turkey Day!

Oh man, that's great! Just don't do too much turkey! Get this info the Oz Terry, he is on a diet also but may not be doing the exercise.

Give that hotty a big kiss fer me. It's been 13 years since the wife was 29. Forgot what that's like!

Thanks Jerry, I do need to start exercising, I've been putting it off because the weather is #$%*e at the moment, but regardless,  I've lost 18 pounds in the last 10 days, so my sweat pants almost fit again and I'll be out beating the pavement again tomorrow! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Sorry Mick, but if you talk in metrics to Americans they just stare at you and call you a communist. Anyway, I (unintentionally) lied, I hadn't weighed myself for a couple of days, so I hopped on the scales tonight and I've now lost 10 kilograms comrad, that's 22 pounds in American. ;D

I think there's something wrong with my American made Craftsman 3/8" wrench. I have to hammer it on to all these 3/8" nuts and bolts on my bike. There are a ton of 3/8" on this damn thing! Maybe I need a 25/64" wrench. It's starting to get annoying, Oi!  >:(

Cheers!

Terry,

You are WRONG!! Just ask my wife. She'd say 10kg = about 40lbs weight loss but she thinks 4" = 8" too. I had to do it twice dammit  :D

Keep up the good work Slim.

Yeah, I had a bugger of a time with those 3/8" nuts and bolts all over my Honda, until I went to my local tool store and bought a "10MM" brand 3/8" wrench, and now everything works fine? Funny thing was, it's made in China, but seems to fit much better than my English wrenches? Damn inaccurate Limeys! ;D

WOW... back from the dead, ha ha....  Dude, it sounds like I won't even recognize you next time we meet up.  Good for you on the new body (and the 29yo body)...

Now get back to wrenching or that beast you have been working on won't be ready for spring.
Let me know if you need anything.
