Doing a book requires passion, beyond any reason, but a nice rewarding experience.  So get introspective and decide what you are passionate about.  Are you familiar with Barrington's work on the /2 BMWs?  You could easily do that for the Honda SOHC.

However, as you have smartly done, you sought to complement your introspection with some "exospection" by asking us.  For my two cents I'd like to see modestly detailed writings on all the displacement classes.  This broad approach could be helpful for the common issues, but might be less satisfying for the ultimate information hound.

But please do something to help avoid the Dark Age when Honda SOHCs get near forgotten.

My favorite bit of Honda history is the passionate S. Honda, somewhat emboldened by liquor, thew a prostitute out of a hotel window (low storeys) for reasons of dissatisfaction. What a great motivating boss he must have been.  I miss the good old days.

Hello.
Bought the book from Spain, and there is a difference between this book and other workshop manuals: it is full of tips and tricks written by a person who has disassembled and assembled LOTS of these bikes, opposed to the other books, in which someone writes about complete teardown of a single bike, not detailing the typical problems that these bikes have after 30 or more years. I own a K8 with a F2 engine on it, and a K7, so I vote for a supplement for F2/K7-8 bikes, which, especially the F, have their own tricks and tips.

As far as project specimens go there are several within reach. Heffay has the 350/400 "small block" and Terry and Mad Dog have the 650s. I'd bet they'd be willing to help out. Not sure about local F2/F3s.

My thoughts are: the 750 supplement first since it'd be easier and quicker to knock out and get on the market then do the "small blocks".
