Yes.  The 360T forks are the same too, but much cheaper.

Both are better than the 350F forks.

I just picked up a 73 CB350f today that has a CB400F triple tree and fork set up. Looks to bolt right on. The PO said there was a noticable difference in handling after the swap to the CB400f front end...

Don't know for sure, but doesn't the 400 have a 19" front wheel? This might affect the handling as well.

I'm confused as to what you have.  Do you have the stock 350F forks and triple trees?  If so, then any 350F forks, 400F forks, and 360T forks should work.  The 400F and 360T might be a tad bit longer, but you can adjust for that in the triple trees.

Your wheel, brakes, and speedo cable should work just fine.

I have stock everything, just the slider covers, both upper and lower, and ears that hold the headlights are off. Clearly on this model they did not use the same finish, as they rusted in about 3 days after removal. So i guess im looking for 2 things.

#1 (more important) fork tubes or entire front end that will not be rusted when exposed
#2 (if im going to replace them anyway) a "better" front end is better (more effective compression and dampening)

an entire front end from 500,550 and 750 will fit.
