Need your guys help - vote for my pop's barbershop

The Chicago Reader is doing their annual "Best Of Chicago list" once again and I am trying to get my dad's (and soon to be mine) Barbershop to win best shop in the city. 30 years in the same location, wood paneling, fish on the wall, working 8-track player, home made wine, chairs from the 40's and other stuff secure us being as real as a oldschool shop as you can get. While I was at it, I voted Buckingham Fountain as "Best place to deliver a baby"   ;)

Thanks for the kind words on the shop and the new website.
I took a beating trying to get that website up and running, from digging up old pics to nagging my friend Shane to do it  ;D
If any of you guys find yourself in Chicago and want to check out the shop/get a hot lather straight razor shave stop on bye !

I've been going to the same shop for 20 years, Stan's Barbershop in Penn Hills PA. Ralph cuts with him. Love going to the shop. It's the best place to hang out on a Saturday morning. Take my boys with me. Good luck.

 ??? I just realized something. I'm BALD and I'm voting for a barber shop. I guess I could stop in for a shave....I have a beard!!!

We offer hot lather hot towel straight razor shaves (as well as face shaves and haircuts) in the shop for the balding crowd as well... ;D
And yes, you are more than welcome to just come and hang out if you want (people do all the time)...

Your shop reminds me of the shop I had my first cut in, it was owned/operated by a WW2 Marine and his son, also a Marine who took over the shop from his dad. 

Sadly that shop closed in the 90's and is now a flower shop....  Keep it going PT, America needs this!

A huge thanks goes out to EVERYONE who voted for the shop. This couldnt happen at a better time, as I am almost ready to work full time in the
