No it is football. You use your feet. That other ball made out of pigskin is throwball.

My pick is for the US v England. Tim Howard is great keeper and has seen all of the English players, knows their tendencies. Clint Dempsey scores the US goal. US 1-0.

Overall, my heart is with Italia, the defending champs. My brain tells me Brasil. Too many great players and this time Dunga has them playing as a team.

Oh, and in my house, my family decided to draw all of the teams to see who would win. And yeah, I got stuck with Australia and New Zealand and Japan. Not soccer powerhouses, sorry guys.

Well RSA (bafana Bafana) Vs Mexico finished in a 1 all draw, pretty good match and a good performance from our guys, being the underdogs and all. France Vs Uruguay playing at the moment down in Port Elizabeth (I think). USA, England match should be pretty good Tomorrow...I would have to put my money on England.

And yes most definitely FOOTBALL..!! ;D

Hope you guys around the world are getting to see all the live footage showing all of South Africa and that this is really a great place to put on your places to visit..!! All of the international TV stations have good coverage. SKY, CNN International, BBC etc.

As Germany already won the Eurovision Song Contest this year ( don't ask!), I'm sure they will win the World Cup also.

Oh, and sorry but the Brits will whoop the USA tomorrow, maybe 3- Nil.

I am obviously hoping not, we have a pretty good record against Euro sides of late beating Holland, England and France in recent years, we don't play enough Euro football but we have a gutsy side that can pull off some great wins so we will see. We were ripped off last Cup by the diving Italians, hope things are different this time..  We were trialing players when we played the US a couple of weeks back so don't read too much into that one.

No kidding, I'm not much of a fan of the French side but I can't stand that greasy, eurotrash side known as the Eyetalians.

I wanted to puke when Zindane headbutted that dousche, I knew the game was over at that point.  ::)
