I am rebuilding front and rear calipers, and master cylinders. Going to polish them. My question is what have people used to prevent oxidation. I would like if I did not  have to clear coat them thank for any information.  The bike is a 1976 CB750F I know I should post pictures thank again!!

Why not clear coat if you do it right and treat it right afterwords you should be good to go for two years.

Guys, go look up Wizardproducts.com

They have a front page ad in the latest VJMC magazine and it works. I ordered last week, got free shipping when mentioned my VJMC member number and I've used it on 2 bikes so far.

They have a metal sealer - goes on like polish, wait 1 to 2 days, wipe the parts and you've got an acrylic coating much like Mop-N-Glo floor sealant. It last for months according to the company. I will certainly speak for it's ease of use. I applied their metal polish to my already buffed parts and it removed the slight white/cloudy appearance and gave it a closer-to-chrome look. No, I'm not a salesman. I was looking for an alternative to Zoop Seal which is a 2 part system and can have bad results. This looks to be the answer I needed.

For those here that don't know me, I really like my aluminum polished!

Regards,
Gordon
