K3 750 carb woes. Solved...

Had this all posted up with a question but I figured it out. 

I picked up a 750 a while back that the PO started to disassemble the carbs on among other things.  I cannot put these together any way that two idle mixture screws (or carb synchronization ports for that matter) end up pointing to each side of the rack. 

I ended up looking at the carbs and three of them say "657A KJ" and the other has "657A LE."  Also odd was a missing vent elbow.  I originally thought it just snapped off but noticed it was sealed off.  I think it's a #1 carb off another rack, I need a #3.
