I own a 2003 Harley Deuce, 1986 450 Rebel and plan on buying a cb750 in the near future in order to make into a Cafe Racer. Glad to be a part of another great motorcycle Forum!

As a fellow Harley guy ('99 fat boy and recently sold my '48 pan and '81 shovel), I think you'll find this forum a great group of folks. I just picked up a 750 last week as a sablemate to my 550. I'm keeping the 750 pretty stock and cafeing (is that even a word?) the 550. Get the 750 so we can swap some tales!

Indy911  I'm in NJ
Theofam cool, I want to get the 750. Sure wish I had a shovel too. Tell me what do you think about turning a CM450 into a cafe racer? Also I have a God mother in Northglen Co.

I don't know anything about the CM450, so go for it!  The shovel was cool, but real quirky and temperamental , which was typical for an AMF bike. I'm looking forward to these Hondas and their "sewing machine" reliability!  Let me know what you buy!
