Ah yes, Tom Petty 'Damn the Torpedo's'....one of my earliest album purchases, when music still came on vinyl discs played at 33 & a third RPM. ;D ;D ;D  I had quite a nice collection of vinyl before I bought my first 'CD' in '86 or '87. I remember the selection on CD being very slim and one of the first CD's I bought was 'Sam Cooke's Greatest Hits'. I also remember buying the 20th anniversary CD release of The Beatles  'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band'. Good times, indeed...

Sorry for my small detour into the eighties  :-[ :-[ ;)

 ;D ;D  gotta admit...I started rockn and rolln in the 60s....and Greg Kihn band was a favorite from his first three mid-late 70's albums, I was a california kid back then and he was sort of a "local hero"...and I believe, while that one wasn't released until 81, they started writing/production in 79, and,and,and...well.. early 80's was pretty damned close to the late 70's...and yeah...some of the 70's is a little fuzzy...wish I was still there  :'(  ;D
