After crunching down all of those other bikes that used the same exact right hand side switch pod, this is the list of switch pods that'll be an exact replacement:

Awesome, I am going to pick up one from Ebay. Hopefully all these wacky electrical troubles cease and desist soon.

Hello everyone,

Has this post been saved elsewhere with the pics?  I've got my CL175 right hand switch back together - but I was not able to secure the main cable bundle with the factory clip and small screw into the lower portion of the right hand switch - like it was when I de - assembled it.

I'll do a deep dig and see if I can find any of the pictures from when I de-assembled my switch.
