you got a place to work on the forks? stripping the forks on my 72rd200 the other day and the old stanky fork oil nearly drove the dog out of my man cave. nasty stench. shoulda done it outside. anyhoo..........
swingarm bushings - dealer, i use oem (flame suit ON!)
steering head bearings - all ballz racing
fork oil - have used motul fully synthetic 5wt, and belray 10wt. you'll see a nice improvement in fork action when using any quality fork oil. they've made terrific advantages in reducing stiction in the last coupla decades.
fork seals - not pyramid (rec'd wrong size, shipped back to the uk for refund), not leak-proof (failed). i've been using oem with zero issues. not terribly expensive when compared with the hassle of fork disass to replace.
