New York dealers sticker

This is on the rear fender of my 75 550 , thought it was  nice that it survived all these years.

It's an antique vehicle plate. The EA stands for "Early American". Old plates had the words spelled out, maybe they use the initials now since EA plates are issued without discrimination against antique foreign vehicles.
