Do these 9 spoke rims come in 16 x 19?

I think these rims are from a 85 Goldwing. Do they come in a 16 inch rear & 19 inch front? Is it a chain driven?

              I hate to tell you but, all gold wings are indeed shaft driven. Too bad, those are nice wheels.
