Hey Mark, great work on the CL450. Very sharp. I like it I remember seeing this bike on CL months ago in Liberty just right down the road from me. Had thought about going to look at it but never did.

What happened with those nitrogen piggy back Asia shocks? Did you use them in the end and if so how were they?
I got a set on Ebay for my CB750 Cafe project and your right about the clevis, but I drilled it out and put a sleeve in there. It seems to fit fine, not my first choice in installation as there is now very little rubber in the Clevis...but it does fit the 750.

Mark,   that should be the email for Mike (sorry forgot his last name) that bought all the 450 parts I had.  He has at least 5 motors, 4 frames and enough parts to make 3 complete bikes.  I had restored 3 450s  and all the stuff was left over-I had titles for 3 of the frames but lost them and subsequently lost all interest in restoring the bikes so I sold the entire lot for the whopping sum of $800.  good luck with the latest project...Larry
