Nice find!
« on: April 04, 2011, 12:03:30 AM »
So here is one of those stories that just happens to other people....so i thought. The studio where I do my bike work and t-shirts is part of an "artists building" and there are a couple of small business retail spots in there too, long story short. I wrenching away Friday and I just happen to have left the door open and when I do this people pop in and check out the bikes and chat. this time a guy peaks in and I invite him in to look around and his first words are "are you looking for another project." and of course he goes on "yeah its been sitting for awhile ran when I parked it blah blah" sure ill check it out. so here is what he had. 71 cb350 not a speck of rust and just had some clubmans put on and i think a seat change..think ill grab it tomorrow clean it up and give it to the misses for her first bike.

Nice bike mate, keep it original and it'll be worth some decent money one day. Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

its all there. going to clean it up. has original bars and some new replacement cables etc with it in a box. current owner never got around to replace them. a little dent on the tank, leaking a little at the oil plug seems to be about it right now. chrome looks good too.

Is the motor free?  Have you done a compression test?
