When Vee rod meets tractor
« on: May 05, 2011, 12:20:57 AM »
This fortnight has to rank as one of the suckiest of all time, two Officers dead (different causes) and this morning on the day of one of the funerals another Officer coming to work on his Harley Vee Rod T boned a tractor.
Tractor (believe it or not) was coming out of a cemetry! :o
Poor old Graham, he's banged up in hospital with a broken arm and possible cracks in his spine and neck.
You can see by the thick black tire mark on the road where he tried to avoid the stupid tractor, another case of SMIDSY syndrome I guess.

Let's be careful out there and keep the shiny side up. ;)
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

Yeah just been to work and they have put Graham into an induced coma for 3 days to let his body recover before they try to fix him, I didn't realise he was so badly hurt. :(

SMIDSY is an abbreviation of what car drivers always say as they stand looking down at you after knocking you off your bike.
I think it got invented in England, Sorry Mate I Didn't See You.
