I have a 1973 CB500K2 and the lower clamp is missing the stop on the right side... I see others for sale on flea bay.. But are they the same?...

CB500T, the twin?  No, not exactly, but it might work.  I have a CB500T triple tree on my 550K1 but it is a minimalized front end with no headlight ears and just a speedo with a homemade mount.

The steering stem for the 500 and 550's, up through the '76, cross reference on Motogrid.  You can use any of those and be fine.
